Morgan Lyons is the Founder of Growing Beyond The Books, where she partners with organizations, leadership teams, and athletic programs to strengthen communication, leadership, and team dynamics through practical, people-centered development.

With nearly a decade of experience in education and leadership, Morgan has served as a teacher, department lead, and facilitator of professional learning communities focused on communication, collaboration, and team growth.

She has worked with school district leaders, school-based teams, and collegiate athletic programs—including the UNT Women’s Volleyball Team—supporting development in leadership, communication, and team effectiveness.

Morgan’s approach is grounded in one belief:
